St. Francis de Sales Catholic School celebrates Catholic Education Virtually

Over 50 St. Francis de Sales Catholic School families and staff came together virtually on Thursday, May 7 at 7:00 p.m. to celebrate Catholic Education, Hope, Community and student work in STEM career challenge . The event started by a short Hope liturgy led by the staff, followed by the STEM career presentations by a few students. Neurobiologist, Director, Hazardous Materials Specialist, Doctor, Veterinarian, Geologist are a few careers that the Flames wanted to pursue. During this event, a video of the STEM career projects highlighted the unique planning of the staff and the hard work of students and families. 
 
Together they virtually celebrated the Trustee Student Award nomination for Desiree H., the Distinguished Catholic Volunteer Award for Mr. Francis and the Distinguished Catholic Educator Award for Mr.Hawley. Congratulations! The event concluded by highlighting the thank-you notes of the students for our essential workers.
