Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) is pleased to report on results from the 2022-2023 Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) assessments, including the Primary and Junior assessment, Grade 9 Mathematics, and the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT). DCDSB meets or exceeds the provincial average in all EQAO and OSSLT assessment areas.

“We proudly celebrate the achievement of all our students” said Mike O’Neill, Superintendent of Education. “Educators throughout the DCDSB work diligently to support excellence in literacy and numeracy. While we monitor student learning using a variety of sources, we are encouraged to see that this year’s EQAO results, demonstrate improvements and are statistically on par or above the provincial average in all areas.”
