Applications for September 2026 start in the Regional Arts & Media Program will go live on September 24, 2025. The application will close on November 25, 2025. Everyone who submitted a full and complete application will receive an audition date and time on January 10 or 11, 2026. We cannot accommodate any scheduling requests for auditions, so please ensure you are available for all audition dates. Entry into the program takes place in Grade 7 and Grade 9, so we invite all current Grade 6 and Grade 8 students to apply as of September 24, 2025. How to Apply

If you or your child is an eligible student and would like to apply for the Regional Arts & Media Program for a September 2026 start, below are the steps you need to take to apply and audition for the program. Please note, applications will go live on September 24, 2025. The information below are the steps required to ensure you successfully book an audition.

Complete the online application which can be accessed via https://osas.dcdsb.ca. Please ensure you also review the audition information prior to completing your application. First time OSAS users will need to create an account first. 

Submit your online application by November 25, 2025. We cannot accept late applications.

After your application is processed, you will be sent audition details via email. You will be informed of your audition date, time, and location via email. All auditions will take place on January 10-11, 2026, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. in person at All Saints Catholic Secondary School. Please note, you cannot request an audition date or time due to the volume of auditions. 

We also strongly encourage all interested families to attend our Information Night on Wednesday, October 22 at 7:00 PM at All Saints Catholic Secondary School.

As part of the DCDSB’s commitment to equity, we are not charging an audition fee for applications received for the 2026-2027 school year. Additionally, the teacher reference form is no longer required; we cannot accept any teacher references.
