Grade 3 Students Make Math Patterns

Grade 3 students at DCDSB were showing and discussing what they know about patterns. They began by creating their own patterns to show what they already know and moved into creating patterns given specific rules. For example, the third pattern shows a repeating pattern with two attributes and the first and third term are different.
