June is the Month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

From June 3-12, 2026, we recognize the Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The Novena begins with a day of preparation on Wednesday, June 3, followed by 9 days of prayer and ending on the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on Friday, June 12.

The devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the celebration of the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus are part of our longstanding tradition in the Catholic Church.
