Junior and Intermediate Educators Use Acadience and DIBELS Universal Reading Screeners

Junior and intermediate educators across DCDSB are using universal reading screeners, including Acadience and DIBELS, to better understand students' reading development. These assessments provide valuable information about reading accuracy, fluency, and comprehension, helping educators identify students who may benefit from additional support. The results are used to guide instruction and ensure students receive timely interventions that strengthen reading skills and support success across all areas of learning.
