DELF Proficiency Exams at Durham Catholic District School Board
Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB), in partnership with the Ontario DELF Centre and France Éducation International, participated in the administration of the Diplôme d’Études en Language Française (DELF) proficiency exam. Students registered in a Grade 12 FSL course were given the opportunity to challenge one of three levels of this exam.
Throughout the past two weeks, 163 DCDSB students completed both written and oral components of this internationally recognized proficiency test. DCDSB would like to thank all FSL educators for imparting that second language learning is life-long –especially our Grade 12 educators who prepared our students so well— DCDSB’s 24 DELF examinateurs-correcteurs, All Saints Catholic High School and Archbishop Dennis O’Connor Secondary School for accommodating as interview sites, Ontario Tech University for accommodating the written component of the exam, DCDSB’s FSL Consultants, and DCDSB’s Academic Services Superintendent of Education, Mike O’Neill, for supporting this incredible opportunity for our FSL students.
Bien fait!
