If you are struggling with uncomfortable feelings, there are lots of strategies and tips that can help.  By practicing different strategies when you are feeling good, it can help you to learn what is best for you. A strategy like focusing all your attention on the world around you through all five senses is a good option to help you cope with any big feelings you may have. Parent/Guardian/Caregiver Information

If your child is struggling with their emotions, you can help them by offering several useful strategies and tips. By practicing mental health management strategies, your child can learn what works and helps them.
