Developing positive mental health is important to academic achievement and overall well-being.

It’s Wellness Wednesday and lets talk about relaxing! It’s important that you give yourself time to rest and relax every day -- even if it’s just 5-10 minutes a day! Here are some ideas of what to do: You could….sit outside and listen to nature, talk with a friend about how your day has been (messaging doesn’t count!), read a book, write in a journal or colour just for fun! Being relaxed even a little every day trains your brain how to do it when you need it! We just have to figure out what works for us.
