Mrs. Wheeler's Weekly Update - April 23rd, 2023

Dear Parents/Guardians of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School:

Thrilled to report that at this juncture, Cash-On-Line for M& M is back up and running, so get your orders in. I have to give the tallies to M& M this Friday by noon, and they are only doing pre-orders.

We are still requesting donations: egg cartons, potting soil/kitty litter for our eco-bombs, fun gifts for our Bingo and craft supplies of all descriptions. So happy to report that we have had several parents, in the past week, send an email to Setoncelebrates@dcdsb.ca with the legal spelling of their names so that a Criminal Reference Letter can be prepared.

Last week , I shared that our April 24th 6:30 pm virtual Seton Catholic School Council Meeting would be an amazing opportunity to explore our Numeracy Initiatives and learning with our DCDSB Consultant Bernadette Hummel as well as additional planning for our May 3rd Community Night. If you would like to join us at our Council Meeting, please send an email to Setoncelebrates@dcdsb.ca and we will be more pleased to have you join this amazing group.

Speaking of amazing, congratulations to Mrs. Sadler, Seton’s Distinguished Catholic Educator who was honoured at the Board this past week. Mrs. Sadler, thank you for sharing your time and talents with our school community
