Parent-Teacher Interviews (Thursday October 17th)

Dear Parent/Guardians/Caregivers, 

 

Parent Teacher Interviews are being held in person on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. You will receive a link in your EDSBY Messages on Monday October 14, 2024 in order to book an appointment with your student’s teachers. The appointment booking system will be available from 9am on Monday October 14 until 5pm on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. After this time, please contact the teacher directly to arrange a meeting or phone call. 

 

Kindly review the instructions provided at the link below to schedule an interview with your child's teacher(s) using EDSBY.

 

Appointments will fill up quickly. If you are not able to schedule an interview for Thursday October 17, 2024, please contact the teacher directly via EDSBY or phone 905-420-7166 to arrange an alternate time for a phone conversation.  You may find a list of teacher extensions at the following link. 

 

That evening our Program Support Teachers will be available to you by appointment. Please use the same EDSBY link to make an appointment with Program Support. 

Guidance Teachers will also be available to you on a drop-in basis. Please feel free to stop by the Guidance Department to speak with your student’s counsellor. Guidance Counsellors are assigned by student last name: 

 

Please also note that a post-secondary information session will also occur after 8:30pm in the library.
