Project SEARCH Durham Region Business Advisory Council
Project SEARCH is an internationally successful 10-month transition-to-work program for young adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities. The primary objective is to secure competitive and meaningful employment for persons with disabilities after high school. During their final year of high school, students will be fully immersed in a host business site, gaining employment skills through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on career training.
