St. Isaac Jogues Catholic School Welcomes Kesha Christie
On Wednesday, February 5, St. Isaac Jogues Catholic School welcomed storyteller and inspirational speaker, Kesha Christie! Kesha is known for her captivating African and Caribbean folktales and shares stories with themes around unity, diversity, and cultural appreciation. French Immersion students in Grades 1-4 gathered in the school gym and engaged with Kesha as she shared facts in English and French about French-speaking African and Caribbean countries. Kesha also told an interactive story with detailed drawings and props about a mischievous and clever spider that immersed students throughout the whole presentation.
