Travel for Credit 2025

This year, as part of Archbishop Anthony Meagher Catholic Continuing Education Centre’s night school and summer school programming for the 2024-2025 school year, and in partnership with EF Educational Tours, we will be making Travel for Credit courses available to secondary school students across the board.

When enrolling in a Travel for Credit course, students in the Durham Catholic District School Board will have the unique opportunity to earn academic credits through a combination of traditional and experiential learning. Students will complete a part of their night school or summer school learning in-person, and continue their instruction while traveling under the supervision of a teacher hired by the board. 

This year, we will be offering: 

·        Grade 11&12 English (ENG3U/ENG4U) – Summer 2025

·        Grade 11 Environmental Science (SVN3M) – Summer 2025

·        Grade 11&12 French Culture and Conversation (IDC3O/IDC4U) - Summer 2025

·        Grade 10 Civics and Careers (GLC2O/CHV2O) – Summer 2025
