In 2007, the Ministry of the Environment established regulation 243/07 that requires schools to perform daily flushing and annual testing of water systems.
Our procedure ensures that the plumbing systems in our schools are flushed daily to meet regulatory requirements. We also complete annual testing of water systems for lead as per the regulation.
Water test results
The 2024 test results confirm that all our Durham Catholic schools meet acceptable standards.
