On Friday, April 12, Grade 6-8 students from the Indigenous Student Circle gathered at Monsignor John Pereyma Catholic Secondary School for a cooking class led by Chef Keri-Ann. The students made Three Sisters soup and bannock. Keri-Ann showed the students how to properly chop their vegetables, clean their workstations, and prepare their soup and bannock. After the food was cooked, the students proudly enjoyed the meal that they all made together and any leftovers were brought home to share with the students’ families.
