Love was in the air at St. Jude Catholic School on Friday, February 14, 2020 as students and staff participated in a Love Yourself Wellness Day. Students rotated through different stations to learn about physical health, emotional well-being and how to nurture their souls through prayer. Other stations included discussions on growth mindset, Kinder coding and Indigenous education.
The home – school - parish connection was represented as parent volunteers, St. Francis de Sales Parish, Durham Catholic District School Board staff and Durham Region Health Department led wellness activities.
