Students at St. Joseph Catholic School participated with enthusiasm and spirit for the Terry Fox Walk/Run on Thursday, September 26, 2019.  This very important annual event to honour Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope to raise awareness and money for cancer research was generously supported by our families as we were able to send over $800 to the Terry Fox foundation.  Terry Fox provides our students with an exceptional example of perseverance, determination and sacrifice...

Students and staff at our Durham Catholic schools ran or walked in honour of Terry Fox on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Terry Fox’s spirit lives on as students raised funds for cancer research and participated in pep rallies or events to cancer research.
Staff and student leaders shared Terry’s message of hope, courage and determination by learning about Terry Fox through various classroom activities.

The French as a Second Language (FSL) Advisory Committee is a group comprised of Durham Catholic District School Board administrators, educators and system leaders.
