Parents and guardians are welcome to submit an online application to attend one of our elementary and secondary schools.

Elementary school registration process

Elementary admissions are open to Catholic children and children of Catholic parents. Kindergarten students must be at least four years of age by December 31 of the school year for which they are registering.

To complete the registration process, parents and guardians are asked to present the following documentation to their local Catholic elementary school:

  • proof of age (Baptismal Certificate or Birth Certificate or Birth Registration or Passport);
  • proof of Religious Denomination (Baptismal Certificate of child or parent and/or guardian); and
  • health records (Immunization, allergies, etc.).

To register your child in one of our elementary schools you need to create a user id and complete our online application.

French Immersion registration process

Our French Immersion program is designed to provide non-francophone students with a high degree of proficiency in the French language. The goal is to develop the student's level of proficiency in French, while supporting their continued growth in English. French Immersion provides students with the opportunity to achieve a high level of functional bilingualism, which strengthens their ability to communicate and participate effectively in the workplace and global community.

Your child must be entering Grade 1 to register for our French Immersion program.

To register your child in our French Immersion program you must complete our online application process.

Secondary school registration process

Students of all faiths can attend one of our secondary schools. Watch our Check Us Out video to learn why our students love their local high schools. Students must reside in one of the following cities or towns in our boundary area:

  • Ajax;
  • Beaverton;
  • Brooklin;
  • Oshawa;
  • Pickering;
  • Port Perry;
  • Whitby; and/or
  • Uxbridge.

Students living outside of these cities and towns, but within Ontario - may apply to one of our secondary schools. Placement will be offered to those living outside of our boundaries only if there is space available.

To register your child at one of our secondary schools, please complete the online application form.
