Become a Service Provider

At DCDSB, we values relationships!  We have established excellent working relationships with all our service providers (agents) and continue to work in partnership to serve international students with quality education and preparation for post-secondary pathways to university or college.

Service Provider Application and Assessments

The application procedure involves the completion of an application form and supporting documents which may require the following information:

• Summary of International Student recruiting experience.
• Incorporation and/or business licensing details, accreditation/professional standards, and memberships.
• Copy of agents’ qualifications.
• Proof of insurance.
• Copies of marketing materials.
• A list of tradeshows, conferences and workshops regularly attended.
• Two (2) references from educational institutions.

 Upon submission of the application package, it will be reviewed and a recommendation will be made to the Passport to Excellence Team. Successful service providers will be issued a contract which will be subject to review every two years.
