Special Transportation

Requests for specialized student transportation must be made through the school principal. We may provide specialized transportation for the following reasons:

• Students with health, medical, physical, cognitive or behavioural needs in special education in regular classrooms;
• Students in educational program in care, treatment and correctional facilities (e.g., Kinark, Frontenac, Chimo, Youthdale);
• Students attending Provincial and Demonstration Schools (e.g., Trillium, Sagonaska):

• Temporary Transportation for Medical Reasons - students who require short-term specialized transportation for medical reason must have the attending physician complete our Medical Request for Temporary Accessible Student Transportation form. You can request the form from your child's principal.
