Stewards of Sustainability Committee will develop a 3-year sustainability plan to review resource consumption and environmental stewardship.	Assign staff and/or consultant to guide the committee through the development of the plan. Target more aggressive energy consumption reductions in water, gas, electricity.	Completed Through capital investment, new Energy Supervisor and Stewards of Sustainability initiatives this continues to be an areas of focus.
Upgrade energy consuming equipment in facilities and update LTAP	Develop school construction design standards as part of the replacement Monsignor Paul Dwyer Catholic Secondary School design	We continue to work with our assigned Architect and consulting team.
Maintenance efficiencies and sustainability projects	Improve the delivery of work orders towards a proactive and preventative management approach.	Completed
Formulate and implement an equity based school finances model that reflects and supports the unique needs of each community	Establish a school finances working group to develop a framework assessing annual school financial allocations	Expanded to include school administration (PVP) allocations into the model.
