Intentional steps to expand and enhance cultural expressions of faith through PD and resource purchases.

• Establish the role of Senior Manager of Faith Formation to assist in the review and development of faith formation.

Support the spiritual renewal and faith formation of school administrators as servant leaders by creating time and space for reflection (focused on the role of P/VP in creating communities that accompany, build relationships, encourage engagement, instill hope and form joyful disciples.)

• Enhance professional development and spiritual formation opportunities for Faith Ambassadors and Chaplaincy Leads.

• Continue work with the System Level Pastoral Planning Team, with representatives of various employee groups, to design and plan faith formation opportunities for staff and students with a focus on the board-wide spiritual theme in New Evangelization, A Community of Faith (2021-2022)
