    Note: supply staff shortage resulted in these inservice sessions having to be cancelled. Instead funds were provided on an application basis for teacher inquiry for after school training and resource acquisition. Over 25 schools accessed these funds and began learning on structured literacy.

    Supply teacher shortage prevented release of teachers for regular training at each grade level. Instead, STEM leads at each school were trained on facilitating student learning in coding and provided robotics and digital resources for each school. Time was allocated during the professional activity day on February 17, 2023, to demonstrate the use of robotics to address curriculum expectations in coding.
