  • DCDSB Schools Participate in Student Summits with Talking About Mental Illness Durham Talking About Mental Illness (TAMI) Durham held it's elementary and secondary school summits on November 5 and 28.​ 10 Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) elementary schools and all eight DCDSB secondary schools were in attendance​ at the summits, where they had the opportunity to learn about mental health and well-being promotion in schools.
  • Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School's BWell Group Bakes Cookies for Mental Health On November 26, members of the Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School BWell group baked over 300 cookies to sell and promote Mental Health Awareness in preparation of DCDSB Let's Talk Day on November 28. They had the pleasure of being led by Christine Congrady from DCDSB Student Services and were successful in selling cookies to both staff and students.
