  • DSTS - 2025-2026 Bus Transportation Information Now Available Durham Student Transportation Services (DSTS) is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient transportation to and from schools for eligible students. Transportation and route information for the 2025-2026 School year is now available.
  • Durham Catholic District School Board Celebrates Project SEARCH Class of 2025 and Welcomes Project SEARCH Class of 2026 On Friday, June 20, the Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) and Lakeridge Gardens recognized the Project SEARCH Class of 2025 at a special graduation celebration in Ajax. This exciting occasion was led by Project SEARCH teachers, skills trainers, and program leads.
  • DCDSB Celebrates Student Leadership and Advocacy During Summer Programming This summer, students in the Leadership and Recreation and Deconstructing Anti-Black Racism courses demonstrated exceptional leadership, insight, and community engagement — both inside and outside the classroom. In the Leadership and Recreation course that was offered from July 2 - August 8, 2025 through Archbishop Anthony Meagher Catholic Continuing Education Centre, Black students and allies organized inclusive multi-sport events including basketball, soccer, track and field, and volleyball for younger peers.

  • Exploring the Skilled Trades through the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program and Indigenous Education (1) This past spring, Grade 11 students enrolled in the Hospitality course at Monsignor Paul Dwyer Catholic High School participated in an Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) and Indigenous Education initiative. Students took part in several workshops led by Indigenous community partners where they learned about food sustainability, Indigenous food, customs and cultures.
