  • DCDSB and OECTA Durham Secondary Teachers’ Unit Announce Tentative Agreement Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) is pleased to announce that it has reached a tentative settlement for a renewed collective agreement with the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association (OECTA) Durham Secondary Unit. OECTA Durham Secondary represents the board's secondary and continuing education teachers.

Student Trustees are secondary students who are elected by their peers on the Student Senate to sit on the Board of Trustees as a non-voting member. Student representation on the Board provides opportunities for student interests to be heard and considered in Board decisions.
