  • Marathon of Hope: Terry Fox Run/Walk (Thursday September 25th) Hey Monarchs!   • DCDSB Anti-Black Racism and Black Excellence Advisory Committee Invites Nominations for Chair and Parent Representatives The Anti-Black Racism and Black Excellence Advisory Committee is currently seeking a new Chair and five Parent Area Representatives - one person representing each municipality (Ajax, Oshawa, Pickering, Whitby and Beaverton/Port Perry/Uxbridge). The committee’s mandate provides a medium for effectively addressing and dismantling disadvantages and discrimination, historical or otherwise, experienced by Black students, staff and families in our Board.

  • Durham Catholic Children's Foundation #ForetheKids Golf Classic Raises $40,178.72 in Support of DCDSB Students and Families On August 19, 2025, the Durham Catholic Children’s Foundation proudly hosted our 10th Annual #ForeTheKids Golf Classic at Deer Creek Golf Club in Ajax. In partnership with the Durham Catholic District School Board, this special event brought together staff, volunteers, sponsors, and community members for a day of connection, compassion, and purpose.
  • Call for Applications – Board of Directors for the Durham Catholic Children’s Foundation The Durham Catholic Children's Foundation was established to help ensure Durham Catholic District School Board students are able to attend school with the basic daily necessities of life by supporting the whole student in mind, body, and spirit while fostering positive learning outcomes. Through signature fundraising events and donor contributions, the Foundation enables a formal mechanism for coordinating charitable initiatives and raising funds to support student participation in all aspects of school life.
