  • Mrs. Wheeler's Weekly Update- March 4 Dear Parents/Guardians of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School: We have a snowy weekend ahead of us, stay safe and take lots of breaks while shovelling snow! I will not produce a Weekly Update for the March Break, so this week’s will be a bit more detailed than it normally is.
  • School Year Calendar Survey Dear Parents, Guardians and Caregivers: The Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) would like to invite parents, guardians and caregivers to provide their input on the 2023-2024 school year calendar. If you would like to submit your preference regarding the first day of the school year, and the 2024 March Break, we invite you to do so by completing this brief survey.

  • DCDSB Hosting Celebration in Honour of the Student Art Exhibit at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery Durham Catholic District School Board is hosting a celebration in honour of the student art show on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, from 6:30 p.m.
  • Mrs. Wheeler's Weekly Update- Dear Parents/Guardians of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School: As we begin the second week of Lent, a reminder that we are blessed to have two Lenten Masses this week: Monday February 27th -9:45 am – Mass for Grades 1-Grades 4/5 Tuesday February 28th – 9:45am – Mass for Grades 5-8 As always, we welcome all family members who are available to join us.
  • Centennial College Female Trades Event On Wednesday, February 22nd, select St. Mary students attended Centennial College's Durham Region Trades event with a female-focus.
  • DSTS Bus Cancellation - Zone 1, 2 and 3 Durham Student Transportation Services has cancelled buses today (Tuesday, February 28) in Zone 1 (Brock Area), Zone 2 (Uxbridge Area), Zone 3 (Scugog Area) due to road conditions resulting from inclement weather.   Buses are running in Zone 4 (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa Area) with possible delays.
  • Project SEARCH Durham Region Business Advisory Council Project SEARCH is an internationally successful 10-month transition-to-work program for young adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities. The primary objective is to secure competitive and meaningful employment for persons with disabilities after high school.
